Subscriptions
Buy at least 5 concerts at a time. Online, at the counter or over the telepohone. Your subscription discount will be applied automatically.
- Book 5 or more concerts of your choice and receive a 20% discount
- Subscriptions are sold before regular ticket sales, so you can be sure of good seats
Friends
For those who regularly come to De Bijloke, a membership as a Friend of De Bijloke is interesting. As a friend
- You buy tickets all season with a 20% discount
- you enjoy an early bird booking period during the subscription sale
- you will receive an invitation for a surprise concert during season 22 | 23
- experience a unique 'behind the scenes' moment during season 22 | 23
- you pay € 25 for your personal membership
All You Can Hear Pass
As a holder of an All You Can Hear Pass, you can taste all our contemporary music unlimited for € 50, in particular all 15 concerts in the 360° Ligeti, Tête-à-Tête and Ongehoord series.
Students (-26)
Students and schoolchildren under the age of 26 can attend all performances for €7.
Are you a student or schoolchild? Show your student card (identity card for students) at the desk, or email a photo of it to tickets@debijloke.be. Based on your email address, the €7 rate will then be activated with your order.
1 ticket per student per performance. The discount is strictly personal, these tickets may not be passed on. When entering the room you must be able to present your student card as proof.
UiTPAS
De Bijloke is a partner of UiTPAS Gent. You can save loyalty points at our desk and in addition, UiTPAS holders who qualify for an allowance can receive an 80% discount on their tickets in De Bijloke. You can now order these tickets online after entering your UiTpas number in our UiTpas ticket shop or via the ticket office phone on 09 323 61 00.
Groups starting at 20 people
Receive a €4 discount on the basic fare per ticket. One accompanying person per 20 people comes along for free. Place your group reservation via tickets@debijloke.be or 09 323 61 00.
Als school
Als school naar een reguliere voorstelling uit ons aanbod (niet uit ons scholenaanbod)?
- Groepen vanaf 10 leerlingen betalen per persoon slechts 50% van de normale ticketprijs.
- Leerlingen jonger dan 26 betalen het jongerentarief van € 10 per persoon per ticket.
- Per 10 leerlingen mag één begeleider gratis mee. Extra begeleiders per 10 leerlingen betalen de normale ticketprijs.
- De groep moet steeds minstens begeleid zijn door een leerkracht of docent.
- Heb je als klas of school specifieke noden? Neem zeker contact met ons op om te zien wat mogelijk is.
- OPGELET: niet geldig bij familie- en schoolvoorstellingen.
Naast onze reguliere voorstellingen hebben we een aanbod specifiek voor scholen, met specifieke voordelen.

With your school or art academy
Groups from 10 students or students (-26) accompanied by a teacher only 50% of the normal price per person. One free supervisor may accompany each 10 students. Additional companions pay the regular ticket price.
Part-time art education
Teacher or student part-time art education? Come to a concert in group and give your students or classmates the ultimate concert experience. You enjoy a very advantageous DKO rate. Part-time art Students in a group of at least 10 people pay only 50% of the standard rate for a ticket. Are the students under 26 and still a student? Then they just pay the student rate (€ 10). One free supervisor may come with each 10 students.
Reservations
Reservations can be made via scholen@debijloke.be or 09 323 61 00. Please note that at certain concerts the capacity for DKO and school groups is limited and there is a priority for subscriptions or single tickets.
After confirming the number of tickets, we will send you the invoice to be paid. Invoiced tickets will not be taken back or refunded.

Other reductions
How to book tickets with a reduction?
Reservations for the discounts below are only possible through our box office by emailing tickets@debijloke.be. By telephone at 09 323 61 00 (tue-friday 13-17h). Or in advance during our opening hours at the ticket counter, not before the concert itself. Checking the membership and payment of the tickets is arranged in advance by e-mail via a photo of the membership card.
Members of SodiGent can also buy tickets online.
Holders of the oKo-sector pass
50% on the basic rate. This reduction rate does not apply to family performances.
SodiGent
SodiGent members enjoy discounts for a selection of concerts in the 24-25 season.
Gezinsbond
As a member of the Gezinsbond you get a 20% savings discount on a selection of family performances in season 24-25. Your membership card will be scanned at the ticket counter at the start of the performance. Afterwards, the amount of your savings discount will be settled by Gezinsbond.
Wheelchairs & European Disability Card
We provide free accompanying places at Muziekcentrum De Bijloke for wheelchair users and holders of the European Disability Card. For accompanying persons of wheelchairs, chaperone seats are reserved next to the wheelchair seats.

Gift vouchers
Looking for the perfect gift? You can buy a gift voucher at De Bijloke all year round. A voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You choose the value yourself. The voucher is valid for all performances of Muziekcentrum De Bijloke. You can buy a voucher and pay with it online, ticket office phone and at the ticket desk.
