Osimun Quartet, a group of young saxophonists based in Cologne (Germany), seeks to express their own language through chamber music. Recently admitted to the European Chamber Music Academy (ECMA) and the Netherlands String Quartet Academy (NSKA), they receive instruction from renowned figures such as Quatuor Ébène and Eberhard Feltz. They have performed in prestigious venues such as the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam and the Muziekgebouw in Eindhoven, and at international festivals like the "Tiberius Festival" in Romania.
Winners of the "Storioni Competition" and finalists in competitions such as the "Grachtenfestival" in Amsterdam and "Juventudes Musicales" in Spain, the quartet expands its repertoire with their own transcriptions and collaborations with composers like Charlotte Bray and the young Arjan Linker, whose work they will premiere while also collaborating in its creation.
Their upcoming schedule includes concerts across Europe, supported by the Dörken Foundation, the Storioni Festival, and Musethica, as well as a tour through the Netherlands as finalists of Dutch Classical Talent.
