Crudo

Crudo is a collaboration between dancer-choreographer Lisi Estaras, art brut curator Pierre Muylle and visual artist Klaus Compagnie. What connects them: their interest in art brut or outsider art. This is the term used to refer to art by people with a mental disability, psychiatric patients, hermits, eccentrics, obsessive collectors, etc. Crudo starts as a lecture but turns into a performance that searches for equality. Lisi, Pierre and Klaus mix-up dance, language and drawing into a playful and colourful new world.
